Chromium Picolinate is important
for better blood sugar control. Many individuals who are overweight

Chromium Picolinate helps form a compound in the body known as glucose
tolerance factor (GTF). Studies of overweight and Type II diabetic
individuals have shown that by increasing GTF, glucose metabolism is improved,

a cactus-like plant used by Kalahari Bushmen when on long journeys. The active
ingredient of Hoodia is P-57, a compound that studies show can increase the
amount of ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate). ATP tells the hunger center
of the brain that the stomach is full therefore reducing a person's appetite. This
powerful signal is at least 10,000 times more intense than from a rise in
blood sugar levels normally associated with eating.
As an adult, our growth hormone levels are being reduced

L-Lysine, L-Ornithine, and
L-Arginine are amino acids that function together to block
somastatin, a growth hormone inhibitor. Together with regular
exercise, they stimulate the pituitary to produce growth hormone naturally.
The result is an increase of muscle size and strength, reduction of body
fat and stimulation of the immune system.
Certiphene combines the effectiveness

- Avoid eating the last 4 hours before going to bed for the night.
- Avoid artificial sweeteners and MSG - they may actually
cause you to gain weight.
- Avoid high fructose corn syrup. Chromium depletion commonly
occurs as the result of consumption of high fructose corn syrup raising
the blood sugar, raising the LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides and

- Be careful when eating out at restaurants and avoid fast foods -
